Cancellation & Refunds

All our cakes are made and packed with extreme care in sealed packs to make sure you receive them in their best condition.

In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your cakes, we can provide refund only in the form of store credit within 3 working days which will be valid for 90 days. No monetary refund will be provided.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. However, if "non-faulty" accounts are cancelled within two weeks of the first payment a full refund, will be given.
